We started producing our extra-virgin olive oil in 1998, and for a long time we kept it for ourselves, close relatives and friends. But why not share it with a wider public? This is when Vallolivo came into being. Our olive groves are located in an untouched valley of Chianti. It is a small family-run business born with the idea of producing an extra-virgin olive oil, Chianti Classico DOP (Protected Designation of Origin), obtained through eco-friendly agricultural methods, without the use of chemicals nor fertilizers: only love and care for our trees and olives.
